1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging UVA Creations (“we”, “us”) for any service or by using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Our Services

UVA Creations provides school tour planning, social media management for schools, and graphic design services (including political and public campaign creatives). The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each engagement will be set out in the applicable quotation, proposal, or agreement.

3. Bookings & Payments

• Tour bookings and service engagements are confirmed on receipt of the agreed advance payment.
• The balance payment is due as per the schedule communicated in your quotation or proposal.
• Prices quoted are valid for the period stated and may be revised for subsequent engagements.
• Applicable taxes are levied as per prevailing Government of India regulations.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation charges for school tours depend on the cancellation timeline and non-refundable costs already incurred (transport, accommodation, permits).
• Refunds, where applicable, are processed within a reasonable period after deducting confirmed expenses.
• For design and marketing engagements, work already completed up to the point of cancellation is chargeable.

5. Responsibilities of the Client

• Providing accurate information, permissions, and approvals needed for us to deliver the service.
• For school tours: ensuring parental/guardian consent, medical disclosures, and discipline of participating students as per the school's policies.
• For campaigns: confirming that you hold the rights to the content, images, and materials you supply to us.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, creatives, and content delivered remain our property until full payment is received, upon which the usage rights specified in your agreement transfer to you. We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio and gallery unless otherwise agreed in writing. UVA Creations, its name, and logo are our intellectual property and may not be used without permission.

7. Photography & Media Consent

We may photograph events and tours we organize. Media may be used on our website, gallery, and social media with the consent of the organizing institution. Institutions are responsible for obtaining any required parental consents. To request removal of any media, contact info@uvacreations.com.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we take utmost care in executing every engagement, UVA Creations shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including weather, transport strikes, or government restrictions). Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking or engagement applies.
